Summary

​​The HR Operations Specialist, Experienced is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of human resources related issue resolution and the ongoing maintenance of HR information for CHS. Major duties include providing superior customer service to employees, managers and HR teams members when delivering end to end resolution of customer service requests and inquires. ​​The HR Operations Specialist, Experienced provides support for core HR programs, projects, communications and platforms; support HR data management, process administration, documentation and continuous improvement.  ​

Responsibilities

Employee Experience Support 
    Deliver high quality customer service to end users including employees managers HR partners and external contacts
    Ensure service level agreements are upheld by responding timely to all inquiries received by the HRC
    Creates value for customers through customer-focused solutions
    Collect interprets and acts upon feedback received from customers
    Empathizes with the internal customer (ie the employee) to understand their experience and diagnose their needs
Data Quality and System Maintenance 
    Understands data from a variety of sources
    Be a steward of the HRIS and Payroll systems with a focus on data integrity 
    Works with data in an ethical manner that protects confidentiality 
    Supports and fosters critical use of data for decision making
Continuous Improvement 
    Identify opportunities to use automation and data to improve business performance including OpenText ServiceNow for HR and enhancements to the existing HR systems and processes
    Improves HR practices through the application of digital technologies
    Collaborate cross-functionally with HR COEs HR business partners and IT to document and identify improvement opportunities
    Collaborate with HRC team members to modify or enhance processes as needed

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Industrial Psychology or other related field
  • 1+ years of experience in HR and Customer Service
  • Demonstrated customer service acumen
  • Excellent communication, organizational, inter-personal, problem-solving, critical-thinking skills.
  • Change-oriented continuous improvement process skills
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on customer service, quality, and timeliness
  • Possesses digital agility and technology acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel)

Additional Qualifications

  • LEAN certification
  • Change practitioner certification
  • Analytical capabilities, including report writing, requirements gathering and HRIS system knowledge.
  • SuccessFactors, Lawson, Dayforce, and/or ServiceNow experience
  • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. Physical Requirements

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
